There's this overall happy feeling to this tune, without considering the content of the lyrics. I downloaded it to listen in a quieter environment at a later time. Mother's Day is noisey today.

This was one of the first ones I did on GB. Some of the tracks bleed into each other, which could explain the strange guitar sound. Glad you liked it and thanks for listening. Let me know with the design.

Had some production problems with this one. I like the song, but didn't want to record it again.(Don't like it that much). I think everyone has experienced that.

Yeah, I'm not that crazy about the production. I've try to fix it, but started going nuts. I didn't want to do it again, so I posted just because I like the tune.

Lacks an overall punch but that's common to many GB songs I've heard (including my own).
Try a few different mastering presets as that often helps.
Having said that I thought the sound on the guitars was good. Very 60s.

I think I have worked out the problem. With every song you learn a little more. And this was an older one(one of the first with GB). Shouldn't have recorded it so early.

I really like your voice and the lyrics. The spot where the lead comes in (very short and then plays behind the lyrics) is really powerful in a nice, subtle way.
