i liked the part where drones kick in. very interesting piece. i missed more power at the low end, but that's the matter of taste, not the production which is excellent btw... this is rather electronica stuff, me thinks. cheers

...for stopping by to have a listen. The low end is actually pretty good in my car, but I can imagine that on some systems, it can lose a bit of the low end. the kick drum sounds very solid in my car and really packs a punch, but I agree that the bass line is lacking a bit. I have some more ideas for this track, but I've got a couple of other projects in progress at the moment, so it will have to wait a couple of weeks or more for me to get to it. Long time no hear, my friend! Hope you have been well. I will have to get over and comment on your new track with Tan. I listened earlier today, and havn't had time to get back to your page. Thanks much for your kind words. I agree that this is a very clean and clear mix/production. I am just hoping that it's not too crispy though. It seems to sound great on many systems I have put it on, so I am guessing that it must be ok. It's certainly a LOT cleaner sounding than some of my earlier tracks. I am still learning and I hear a definite improvement in my mixing since I have been here at MacJams. So many thanks to everyone who has helped me improve over these past 14 months! Big production you've got here Richard - I'm really impressed with the clarity and depth. The stereo bass that comes in near the first voice is quite incredible. Don't know how you can get bored when you can do stuff like this.
