Anthem quality I won't re-say what regulus has said about vocals, but do agree with him. Reminds me a bit of Jim Steinman, which ended up surprising me when I heard the softness of the break. Really good song, but I do believe there's something that could be pushed in that break to pop it out. It felt a little too MIDI for lack of a better term. Check out my latest song called With You

Solid This is a solid pop song. Strong melody and straight forward lyrics, performance, chosen sounds and looped rhythms. Excellent. I like how smooth your vocals come across, but there are time when something pops (attacks with an open syllable, usually the word "I", "k" sounds and some "th"s, plus there are some mouth clicks, and other moments when the sound pops a bit. The "s" sounds are too sibilant at times as well. I mention this becuz the song is so good, I'd love for the vocal line to sound cleaner. This is my favorite of your tunes so far. Really nicely written. Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

Nice productioin. i listened to "hold me again", first. I like
the way you built this up gradually for more impact. In
were you were making the trassition it lends itself for
tamborine. Where you come back post bridge "When you
are weary..." I would liked to have heard long sustained
guitar harmonious warm notes run thoght overdrive w/
short panatonic scales between verse lines.
There is a difference between playing live and studio
recording. Live you need to be right on the mic. W/ studio
it done also but you get less lip smacks, breath and less
on the S's, P's, B's and the like by being 8 - 10 inches
away with a screen between you and the mic. Turn up the
preamp, work a little compression and gate it cut line
mum or such.
If you haven't done the bigger time yet, you could theres a
lot of spirit to you. An earth ma ma. I hope you'll post
some more soon i enjoy spirit...............i feel the same
