i listen to this is see some men in a van, in a european city. they have just done something they will regret for the rest of their lives, although their bravado won't let them show it. the van gets quiet, and they all think about what they've done.

excellent job.

it wood have been a gripping saga. it was knot meant to be. life splinters too soon. reflections on what mitre been. the last nail in the coffin. rip.

it is a piece worthy of a movie. enjoyed the drama. 0x0

Very cinematic &mdash 05/22/07 - 06:48:19 AM
with a strong mood, and very nicely put together. Some really nice changes, and I love that distorted piano (?) sound. You think they've already finished the music for The Bourne Supremacy? 'Cos this would be perfect. Cool.

Stimulating boredom &mdash 05/23/07 - 11:51:36 AM
If you can sound this striking when bored - look out when you're excited : >

This piece really fills up the soundscape.

I have to agree with an earlier comment - it feels very cinematic. There's drama in your boredom.

Of course, that's maybe what you are hinting at - that this piece is intently over-the-top ... and making an effort to strike such a dramatic pose ... results in a certain mental lassitude.

Then again, this comment simply may be adding to the boredom.

Pretty cool &mdash 05/23/07 - 01:19:47 PM
Wow, I like how it gets all dramatic... I agree with the sentiment that it sounds very cinematic; the music does seem to tell a story. The big, wall-of-strings sound is excellent.

Nice job____ &mdash 05/23/07 - 01:27:13 PM
Nice arrangement and playing. It sounds to me as if a few levels may have been pushing the red line however all the instruments are mixed together well. I enjoyed this very much woodguy32,

Thanks for sharing,

mvh : )

...this is just SOOOOO boring.....

NOT!!
You always crack me up :D

I have to agree with the other comments here--this sounds straight out of a soundtrack!
Very nice tension and build up in the song.

(Do you think the Hamsters could use this for a spy/thriller soundtrack?)

Nice to hear this one, woody :)
Thanks for posting!

Soundtrack? &mdash 05/25/07 - 10:14:48 PM
The mix of orchestral instruments with industrial elements makes this a perfect candidate for a film soundtack.

Fantastic &mdash 05/26/07 - 11:13:07 AM
Very powerful and well constructed. The development of the piece builds nicely and each section as it evolves is tempered well. Transitions are smooth and overall the dynamics of each section are are very effective.Really enjoyed the listen. Really glad I did listen & I will certainly check out more of what you have to offer
