Mix The reason the song sounds slightly 'demo like' is because I recorded the drums live with only one microphone. Actually quite pleased with the result and quite like the 'raw' sound. Fair point about the intro - could certainly be shorter but I wanted to make it a slightly quirky intro which suddenly changes into another song. Good to see some critical and constructive comments though. All good stuff! Check out my latest song called Consideration

Lava likes I rather enjoyed the intro. Also, I think it's a well thought out and structured song. Yeah, the mix is a little off, but so are mine. Would have liked a stronger part for the bass. Great singing on this one. Bravo. LL Check out my latest song called Googolplex Times Zero

great!! Harold - mate awesome advice!! Will have to try that next time. I spent ages mucking around with the eq to try and bring our the bass drum (which you could hardly hear on the dry mix!) What your suggesting I had hever even thought about. Thanks Check out my latest song called Consideration

This isn't a bad song But the microphone/vocals are so weak its hard to really get into it. A better mic would do wonders for your vocals. Check out my latest song called Louder Than Words

a great tune hidden after a tad mediocre, trippy intro: I would lose or at least greatly shorten that intro - it
seems to build to a solo rhythm part first? ..before the
main 'song' starts .. the main tune that follows is really, really good and strong .. catchy chorus, well sung, well arranged nice and grungy. Kudos on all instruments. Has quite a demo feel to it in many respects although the mix also sound good to me. Kudos.
