Its sound and its free
thanks to The Freesound Project for hookin up the loop : ) Thanx to Bud for all the Project love . Thanx to all who helped with the lyrics I cant find the thread again to properly thank individuals but you know who you are and thanx : )
I layered the loop thrice . Played with the train alittle . added some idrum, bass line and some funk drums and a whole lotta love . This being my first LIOLI posting I was like a school girl on crack . Thanx everyone for the listen : )

Im a fun guy keepin my eye on the french fries submerged in peanut oil
tinfoil shinning seems to gleam from the seams drink less poison smoke more green this will help you see ...know what I mean......Yeah
slither side ways like a side winder snakes on a plane that movies lame like legless bike riders
tell me once again with a grin im left to reflect teeth shineing white as you all hit the deck
crunchy walk in leaves popin hustle to the other side small door will leave you poor make you beg for a slip and slide
the things that I say will make you scream damn now as i close it out much props to the macjams............

I generally don't like rap, and amateur's rapping is even worse. But this song is pretty freaking cool. I like your poetic meter when you rap. The beat is cool, and the loop is almost unrecognizable. [ Reply to This ]

Rap bridges many gaps I believe . I dont vouch for all rap/hiphop much of the main stream "new skool" Rap is what I call C-rap . I hate it and it has no place in musical history . Its mass produced McDonnalds burgers . I love "Real" rap street music . I was raised in the inner city of phoenix in a rough neighborhood so even tho my skin is white and I look like some dorky white guy ..my soul is deeply rooted with soul and street music . But I have a heavy musical back ground for instance Im wearing a pink floyd shirt as I type this ,Joanna Newsom is my favorite folk rock singer and I saw Doc Watson live with Alison Krauss before she was anything . I love music but I relate to the simple poetry or hiphop and the trance like looping that the beats provide .I play the African hand drums Djembes and I find an amazing connection between the trance like state you fall into while drumming and the trance like state I have while producing beats . Im sure the connection is obvious . Thanx for your comment and love : )

I dig the woodblocks you worked into the rhythm and that atmospheric synth blends just right with the steam from the sample. Nice spread on the vocals. "Submerged in peanut oil; tinfoil" made me laugh out loud! Nice to hear some r/b hip hop... not a well represented genre 'round here.
