Lyrics
I know something in between
You know Salley, you know what I mean
Get higher, get higher

I know Suzy, you know Jack
Don't you know they'll never come back
Getting higher, get higher

Why don't you get higher
Get higher (2x's)

Sitting on a roof-top way up high
Just watching the clouds passing by

Sometimes crazy, a little obscene
Broken parts of a broken machine

Why don't you get higher
Get higher (2x's)

Counting rainbows in the sky
Don't you know to never ask why

All the problems I used to have
Up in smoke and in the past

Why don't you get higher
Get higher (2x's)

I know something in between
You know Salley, you know what I mean

I know Suzy, you know Jack
Don't you know they'll never come back

Why don't you get higher
Get higher (2x's)

Intensity Levels Raised
I was expecting this to be a slow stoned out hippie love jam - You fooled me! JK!

This has about 5 times the energy of your last couple of songs. Not that it's better or worse, just really energetic. The guitar riff is pretty crispy. Some really cool lyrics - I know Suzy, You know Jack... and I detect a story in there about lessons learned, etc.

Your extended ending was a good idea too. I love it. So, I picked the second song you've posted today to listen to first. Which song next? Number one of course!

Who the F- are the Dead Milkmen
Must be out of it. I think I've heard the name, but I surely don't know the music. I hope they are good.
Seriously, thanks for listening, I'm sure The DM are a good band.

Big Lizard In Your Backyard
A fine band indeed. Think early mid eighties skater punks. The Beastie Boys of Skater Punk. They used to do free shows at universities everywhere. I've seen them several times and it was always a great show. One of my favorites.

Looking back
When I heard the song back it really sounds like Punk. I wasn't really going for that. That's just what came out. Repressed energy.

fly it high
what a KA track. Tons of verve and style. A little clash thang hap'n. Great job on the vocals. the "push" on the verse part just propels this up and away.

And a flaming jack-o-lantern until someone comments after me!

This song pops up quite often on my shuffle. I think my iPod loves it! I know I do.

Fans
Fans can be hard to come by. I haven't heard this in a while. I'm going to listen to it tonight. Thanks for the Halloween present.

I shouldn't have post some songs so early in retrospect.
