Mellotron plug-in? &mdash 05/27/07 - 07:58:06 PM
You gotta post the link where you got the mellotron plug-in. I love it! "Desert Sky Music" huh? I can dig that. I'm originally from the Mojave Desert. This is good stuff. Highly atmospheric, but it also rocks. It sort of takes Heaven, Hell, and Earth, brings them together, destroys them all, and puts you in a dream state that is more real than any of those and is filled with memory fragments of those three places.

I recommend getting all the tapebanks. I love them all. I used flutes, cello, vintage violins, classical choir, mandolin and trumpets on this.

thanks for listening!

Ooh... &mdash 05/27/07 - 08:17:10 PM
$129 for a keyboard plugin that I'll have a lot of fun with but will probably never use on a real song. That seems a bit much. Too bad.

have to start checking out the sopranos. a delight of a track. very cool use of instrumantation. esp loved the string/flute lead. wonderful sense of melody and pacing. the backing vox's were delicious. the contrast between the harder & softer sections was dramatic and well done. excellent mix. took me to large places.

Yes that was a great episode of the sopranos, I can totally correlate this music to that scene where "he gets it" great music man!

compelling tune mr. B. Kinda started out like some of your tunes but filled and spread and drove it into new space. Great work.

GREAT &mdash 06/03/07 - 05:19:06 AM
combination of sounds. Love it, as it starts off so relaxing yet there's that great slow build up. Great sounds and love the voices too, M
