I sat down one day at my piano and started playing a number of chords and from there this is where I got.
This is the first stage of my new song, Only Enough. It's the second of 3 compositions I did at school for a computer music project. Even though it is technically a work in progress that I will carry on in my free time, it is a complete song, as opposed to Halls of Glory Compact Draft. I'm not very good at beats yet, so this beat is relatively the same as Halls of Glory. I would really appreciate your feedback on this one, thanks!

nice trance tune. dig it. synth pad is a little low.

some hopefully constructive criticism. The drum kit needs some work. the bass seems a little hard for this kind of a song. download the demo of RM IV which has a slew of drumkits. good stuff. The chords and what not sound great though. I'm gonna keep an eye out for you.

yea that's exactly how I feel about it. I've tried both the stock techno and dance kit and both have very sad bass drums, as well as bad snares and effects. Where do you download that RV IV drum kit AU? I didn't know you could download AU drum kits. Yea I really am not very happy with the beat, like I said in the description. Thanks for commenting.

Good pads and good string arrangement. Its nice and I'm glad its not cheesey however it still needs some oomph. Maybe a strong bassline and fx, it needs something else to help lift it. Sill good though.
