Description:
This is a song by my band The Pyramid Scheme. It was recorded with Cubase. It is about the type of services (i.e. insurance companies, funeral homes, etc.) tend to see people as merely files or cases or clients.

Lyrics:
Don't worry, you're safe man
But your car's wrapped around a tree
If you don't have an escape plan
You can always call my company

Mistakes start a fire
Or in a ditch you're cold, wet, dead
Oh man, a shipwreck! Now they're closed..so it goes
Home sweet home grown blues always works

Let's stop putting stock
At the bottom of the stairs
The funeral home is a wreck
But no one cares

Hardware:
Guitars, Bass, Drums

Software:
Cubase

Unique song &mdash 06/08/07 - 08:31:16 PM
Yeah, this is definitely a unique song. . . it felt very unpredictable, but not too fa off the tracks that I got lost and didn't want to listen to the rest of it.

Nice work!

Solid Performance &mdash 06/08/07 - 10:40:29 PM
High energy, good songwriting and a tight performance by all band members. Wow! Can't compare that to what I did when I was your age. You guys are showcasing a lot of talent and focus. Keep it up, you'll go places!

Not to shabby guys! &mdash 06/09/07 - 01:56:55 AM
Tight is right because if a band lacks in that respect, it lacks in all respects! I dig your sound. You've gained my attention. Kudos!

Nice big sound - really like your voice, and the instruments all sound like they are playing the perfect parts for the song. Lyrics are strong, as is everything else. Not much else I can say, I think this is a very good song, very well played and produced.
Keep em coming - lots of potential for you guys!

tight, great singing, sweet solo. Nice indie-pop sound - loved the punchy guitar bridge - look forward to more uploads.

please stop my head from nodding to the beat.

excellent energy and playing all around. I also liked the turnaround and ending.

This is one of the type of tunes that makes me want to go plug in the guitar and play.

I like this a lot. The drums should be a little louder in the mix and it feels like something is missing, but I like the song.

drums &mdash 06/18/07 - 01:35:16 AM
are the drums digital? If not they sound REALLY good, and if they are, they sound really natural. Good job either way

the drums are not digital. it's a ludwig kit. I don't know the exact specifics but it's like John Bonham's drums.
