Description:
It was inevitable that once I started to play with the musical idea of Mungo's that I would hear many different things in it and want to explore all of them.
I previously said that I was working on 3 different versions. Well this is the 4th. I will post the 3rd version (which is perhaps the closest to Mungo's original) some time next week.
Mungo - thank you for letting me work with your music and alter it so extensively. This has been a great experience.

Alter as much and as often as you like &mdash 06/10/07 - 03:43:41 PM
This has been the most enjoyable to my ears yet, because of its quiet subtlety. Part of that is probably a reflection of my wanting to relax on a Sunday.
I listen forward for your 3rd remix. [ Reply to This ]
oh yeah.... :) &mdash 06/10/07 - 04:06:54 PM
What a great collection of contrasts in this version!
I love the beginning, with the beats fading in gradually and building to the break, contrasting once more with the subtle fade-out ending.
I'm with Mungo--this is my fav of the Inevitable treatments so far. :)

Very fine indeed &mdash 06/12/07 - 08:19:25 AM
Lovely combination of sweet and delicate tones into a smoothly blended whole. The subtle but swelling percussion is perfectly judged, the overall effect haunting and delightful. Great stuff. [ Reply to This ]

this is a beautiful piece of music biba. i didnt hear the original version, ill go to check it now. those high notes on the piano (is it a piano?) through out your piece are SO stunning... they evoke in me a scene in the nature after the rain, when sun is up again, it is not raining anymore, but from green leaves are still dripping little shiny drops. yes... all the tune sounds like the peace and quiet comming straight after a heavy summer rain. what a beautiful feeling. paja [ Reply to This ]

very nice. I too like the use of fades, lots
of subtlety in your mixes and never crowded. The
quite heavily reverbed snare gave me an Ultravox kinda
feel. Not heard the original, I should add.
Looking forward to a vocal version. [ Reply to This ]

and magnificent. The mix is great, the production is awesome as always, and the mood is hypnotic. Very cool. Nice work. Peace. [ Reply to This ]
