Description:
This is my choral piece, Agnus Dei, played on strings. A choral recording will be uploaded this week, but I like the string version on its own too. Sheet music for the choral version can be viewed at www.jsaund.net/music. The song was penciled in (as usual).

A beautiful piece of music.... &mdash 06/11/07 - 11:30:57 AM
I have downloaded this so as to be able to listen whilst not logged in or near a computer.

I am looking forward to the choral version.

Paul.

Beautiful! &mdash 06/11/07 - 04:00:54 PM
I have a strong desire to compose music for strings, but I don't know where to begin. This is an outstanding effort. Very dymanic. I need to get some more experience with GB because I have no idea how you keep chaing the volume of individual trakcs.

This is some fine string writing, and I'm very impressed with how real you make those strings sound. Which library is that?

Harmonies &mdash 07/31/07 - 01:55:56 AM
You are getting some really nice sounds out of the strings and you have some great harmonies in their too. It's just my two cents, but you might want to make a more memorable theme. I don't mean it has to be overly simplistic, but something that comes back in the end that you have heard before usually connects more with the listener. But still this is great writing and a nice sound!
