I know in these situations there's nothing that makes you feel any better but music is one of the best outlets for the dark feelings ... and you've created something very powerful here.

The cadence in this piece sounds as difficult as the event, I think it conveys that feeling and emotion well, as do the instruments you chose.

very elegant elegy, bud. the exquisite cello coupled with horns (good touch!) and the muffled big bang percussion gives this a minor edginess that seems perfect for the situation. i'm so sorry for your loss - but glad we gained this touching tribute. nice, bud.

The drum sound sounds like a military band from off in a distance. As if giving a 21-gun salute. Quite appropriate.
