great fun
Excellent, fresh arrangement of this piece... very enjoyable listen. And expertly played... Welcome to Macjams, what an entrance! The only critique I can offer is that I didn't see any "Adult" or "obscene" lyrics (just obscenely great talent), so you don't need to mark this song as "EXPLICIT"... OK, another real critique is that it seemed that the piano was a little off to the right in the recording, so in headphones it felt like the recording was a little unbalanced, too loud in the right side, but the general spread was tasty and clearly recorded. I look forward to more of this, and I hope you put a little more biographical information on your artist page.

Nicht shlecht Herr Specht!
Great, pro level playing. I agree with Eduard about the piano being a little too far to the right in 'phones, but a very minor nit to pick. I'm especially impressed by the drummer - so tight yet loose at the same time. Now this has to be a studio recording right?
Erste Klasse!
Danke,

From the first note...
...you grabbed my full attention. Great mix of bass and drums behind you...The breakout to something gentle in the middle of this number was a nice little respite from the insistence of all the rest of the number. For my taste, I wish that could be elongated a bit more...It IS nice that you came back to it again...but then your ramp up to full steam takes sooooooo long getting back to the original groove...and I don't think you actually got there. (There's only so much of 2 chords that a body can take!)...Great concept with just a bit too much repetition of the 2-chord structure for my taste. Your ending was perfect. ... Hey, welcome to MacJams. What a fantastic opening movement. You guys are sure talented.
Peace.

wow
not only is the recording terrific but the level of melody is outstanding plus that, you have a terrific dinner jazz sound.

Love the samba (in spots) fee. The percussion is ooh -so delicately done.

This is the kind of jazz I really like. Again when the piano does his thing mixed with the galloping using of sticks and drums is really quite impressive.

This is one of the best jazz-band recordings i"ve heard here at MJ.

Way to go!!!!!!1

This is great!
You guys all have chops galore, and great arrangement, too.

You fellas all have great musical imaginations, and you have created a track which is very appealing, both to jazz fans and classical fans alike.
