The Finish suburb ... the themes very matured and wonderfull ...the harmony with the chords very nice ...the sequence is very nice ..you ve made a change in the middle ..like a new tatse this is a very nice idea .. nice ending as well...good job ! just Great This song moves along, to so many feelings.The real feelings that pour thru you when music is doing its thing to you, and making you play what you are playing. I can feel the inspiration when you play. Kind of reminds me (and I am beginning to hate that reminds me of...thing ...but... Keith Jarrett, at times. When he does a solo concert,he use to do lots of improv stuff.(I know your tune was at one time an improv in the works). Do you know his music at all? Check out 'Staircase' to start. How did you go about recording the piano? It sounds great!
I would like to hear you sing over this too, as your voice has a melancholy about it that is sweet and sad at the same time, just like when Cyndi Lauper does ballads, if you know what I mean?
