Description:
My first Garageband piece in a long time, and my first piece created with Garageband 3. Kind of a strange little piece, but then again, so am I! It's all just loops, including Symphony Orchestra Jam Pack.
Hardware:
Mac Mini Intel
Software:
Garageband 3

Not exactly chaotic randomness... &mdash 07/06/07 - 02:30:34 PM
The randomness is ordered, so I guess you mean the sounds/loops were fairly randomly chosen but mixed with a certain degree of care.
The context is random but the context of the context is ordered.
I enjoyed how you put things together. It's different but in a good way.
I await more 'random' offerings, if there are any to come, or indeed any other of your tunes.
Take care.

All Loops? &mdash 07/08/07 - 07:20:45 AM
As in Garageband stock loops? Wow, I've never heard anyone put together piano loops so seemlessly. This was very nice! [ Reply to This ]

Bless both your hearts, you guys are awesome. This is such a supportive community.
Yes, these are all loops. I have the Symphony Orchestra JamPack, which is an awesome package! I've kind of stocked up on loops.
I studied piano years ago and was never great at it, but did enjoy it. Now I can do a little bit of tinkering with putting in a "supporting" melody line in my Garageband music (haven't done that in this piece) but mostly I use loops. [ Reply to This ]

I thought you were actually playing this composition until I saw you had used just GB Loops. Now that's a 'gift' in itself (wink). I have piano loops too on my GB, but they don't seem to loop together so as to make a tune....and there are no 7th's it seems to make a bridge to a middle eight or 'chorus', so well done that you've done this, M

Nice classical chords , arpeggios and melody .
It is well built .
Maybe a mix with louder drums would make this piece sound more "electro classic" like with "electro jazz " ?
