This is great sh*t. I'm kinda surprised there's not more traffic (comments etc). Great singing, straight up playing. Did you play all these instruments? Thousand props.

Wow. You ARE Macjams best kept secret! This is incredibly good. The mixing is PERFECT. The vocals are great! Wow. You really are overlooked. I can't say more. It just is.

Think this is a great old school rocker. Tim D.'s post mentioned your song.

Yup .. &mdash 09/17/07 - 12:11:09 PM

.. more rock and whisky drinking .. but not that bourbon malarky... oh no ..

Gutsy straight-up, shoot from the hip, heavy rock n'roll with a southern twang .. a rougher ZZ top ..
nice commercial song structure too and mix too.

Kudos - and thanks Tim D for the heads up...

is this you playing all instruments? Curious ..

Like some of the others commenting here, I saw the song listed as an overlooked gem. I agree. It is a gem...but no longer overlooked.

WHEW! &mdash 09/17/07 - 03:38:41 PM
Killer performance! That little claypot drum sound right before the final out is the highlight of the whole song for me! Big smile on my face for the rest of the day, I can tell you.
Great job!

nice nice rocker... glad they still make 'em like that :-) Thanks to Timothy Devine for pointing us your way (so many great people on MJ's lately!) Belated welcome. Great singable pounding melody, great playing and singing, clean recording (the cuts between panned guitars were a little noticeable, but otherwise all was good)...

Angustron? &mdash 09/17/07 - 07:39:27 PM
The intro and verses sounds a wee like AC%u266EDC! Nice work all around and a very tight and clean production. You've been noticed and have acquired another fan I might add.

;-Peace,

Alvin
