Fasten your seatbelt

It's five of us and a miniture dux
The whole family in a SUV

It's the first time
we got together like this
for a very long time
But there aren't many things to talk about
Silence is taking over in the car

I scoop a piece of wind with my right hand
and it's rocking gently like a plane
I close my eyes and think about the old days
The more speed the car picks
the more we feel close to each other
Just like the old days, we can be family again

At a service area on a motorway
I see other family with little kids
and they are trying to get ther mother's attention so hard

My mother also sees it and smiles
She says, we also had a time like that
You were so little and sweet
Those were the good days

Your pop sensabilities continue to shine especailly on this tune. The groove and feel on this is perfect. Wonderful arrangement both in terms of composition and orchestration. The dynamics are dynamically dynamic. Nice string arrangement. You have a knack for crafting excellent pop tunes.

I could so use this song these days. We've been having exceptionally good summer weather (finally) and what better way to enjoy a good, sunny roadtrip but with a fun, groovy and sunny track!

this is such excellent writng... the passionate vocal... even though I don't understand the language... i understand the voice... your production shines... and the harmonies and changes are delicious...

well, yeah, the song is about my own family and it's a true story. lol i guess, i should sing about girls and love and stuff... lol but unfortunately (really!) i'm not in love at the moment. so i cant write about it.

What defines good Pop Rock is a good melody with a strong *hook*. You always seem to have a firm grasp on those elements, Yusuke.

But the more subtle quality that contributes equally to good Pop is enthusiasm... and you display that in spades.

Well done arrangement and recording.
