Description:
Maybe this one stands well as it is, to be used for moments of relaxation and harmony. But I also feel that it would be very nice to have voice(s) added. The tune has a backing character which I feel would do nice for vocals.
So feel free and welcome to add your vocals, with or without lyrics.
Also feel free to chop around in the track; for example you can use only parts of the track (it doesn't have to be as long as it is right now). And the track doesn't have a decent ending as it is right now .. sounds like I lost concentration and stopped following the theme, (maybe a buch of kids entered the room, don't remember). So feel free to make a fade .. or whatever .. of your liking.
All I require is that you:
1) send me a note when you post
2) supply the name of the author of the guitar part.
Tell me if you want me to send it to you as a hi quality track.
Lyrics:

Yet another beautiful piece from you Johannes. That Seagull sure sounds good - very under-rated guitars - and the playing is up there with your usual best. Summer must be a very inspiring time for you up there :)

it is &mdash 07/18/07 - 05:17:18 PM
Yes it is. Did you see my latest reply on you reply on my comment on your awesome song 'WINDS OF CHANGE - w rtcooper'?
Well I paste in a copy of it here:
Yes your winter is a lot different from ours. It wouldn't even be called winter here, rather "late summer" or something like that.
Collab: Yes please! Prefarably live. I'll just have to get a contract making music for a Disney movie or something. Then I'll have the dow to take the first jet over to you as soon as "the winter is closing in".

Hi Johannes! &mdash 07/20/07 - 12:15:38 PM
This sounds great as usual. Do you have any lyrics yet, or a theme on what you would like the lyics to be about? Please drop me a line if so.
I would like to have a go with this if it is ok with you.
Best Regards

No, I've had no specific ideas concerning lyrics. Let me think for a while...
... think, think ... think ..
- Well ... first I would dislike anything destructive, blasphemic or violent. But up to like complaining over ones own hopelessness, or mans limitations, would be ok. Like early Dylan: 'Youv'e got a lot of nerve, to say that you're my friend..' etc.
- I like lyrics that open my eyes to new ways to view the world.
- I like lyrics that are PERSONAL ... that don't draw generalisations but leaves for the listener to make eventual conlussions. Like many of Jigumas lyrics.
- And of course it could also be vocals WITHOUT lyrics.
Glad you raised the question, because I hadn't thought of the risk that something I would feel to be destructive could eventually come!

PS I could have mentioned you own song ALCOHOL as well as The Dylan song.
This is one I would recommend many MacJammers to hear by the way, ALCOHOL by stevewhit:

Yes, my friend... &mdash 07/20/07 - 09:01:31 PM
...this is 'songish'...
Especially the main portion... it already has a very stable songlike structure that will take to lyrics easily, and it already has implied melodic and harmonic elements that would make this into an easy one to sing...
No matter what guitar you pick up, be it Furch, Taylor or Seagull, or nylon string, it always has your sound... regardless of what you're doing with the AG Stomp or pick-up or mics... It is definitely and identifiably you...
You still have to give me clues and pointers for my finally-arrived MagicStomp Acoustic.... Which will not, unfortunately, make me sound like you, but still...
Even without or before words, this is a lovely thing to listen to...

1) .. and of course you may use ONLY the main portion och wichever portion you like the best..
2) Nice to hear that you've got the Stomp now! What about a Skype-call to talk live about it. The Magic Stomp seems to have totally different controls compared to the AG Stomp. Hope we could shed some light on it...

YIKES! &mdash 07/28/07 - 04:48:48 PM
behind in my listens as usual! this is perfect, johannes, and has a life and personality all its own, as do your other works. do you know william ackerman or alex de grassi - both americans? i think you'd like them -your works are similar. your passion, sensitivity, thoughtfulness and sense of humor come thru your arrangements with every pluck of the string.
you have faulous focus.
