Great trance!
This is quite good. The beat and the pulsating bass go together well. very well. The brassy synth sounds a bit strange, but eventually folds into the melody. Very nice. I like this. Great to see some dark trance. Only thing is i think it could use a bit more depth as far as some atmospheric backup. But other than that, i like it! Bravo.

one idea...
lower the volume on the lead a little bit ad add some reverb and delay. i dont know how much you need, but play around with it. that should add some depth as MKVX was saying.

Happy trance?
The beginning sounds close to happy hardcore, but it lacks the obnoxious backbeat. Pretty solid stuff this.

Maybe there's a bit much info in the low midrange, which only clutters up the mix. I would cut a bunch of frequencies.
