I especially love it when you throw guitar in the mix. [ Reply to This ]
"Just did some standard stuff" (*?!) &mdash 07/23/07 - 03:47:26 PM
The singer has an Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) quality. Maybe a little less power, but the same great tone and quality. Thoughtful rhythm elements. Plenty of chop, but the breaks never throw off the beat. Epic pulse to the song and a creative melody. [ Reply to This ]
If this is standard stuff &mdash 07/24/07 - 10:18:35 PM
I can't imagine what a little effort might sound like! Nice vocal and very cool combination of sounds. Peace. [ Reply to This ]
commercial potential! &mdash 08/06/07 - 05:07:37 AM
Hello Atonalis! It has been a while, but i've been busy and just downloaded all the new additions of your strong and steadily growing portfolio @ MJ. This latest piece has commercial potential, I tihink. And that is the biggest compliment I can give. My tunes are, unfortunately, far from that. The lyrics, vocals and instruments sound as one. Her voice is mystical, very well chosen!!! Since I like this track a lot, I will share my only criticism, I would love to have heard more improvs from your musical, beat-oriented mind. You have played the game safe, but I would really have enjoyed some more glitchy beat experiments. All in all, a very good, kickass song.
Two thumbs up,
