This is my entry to the Vocal game.

Thanks to Brian for settin up this cool fun and exciting game I think this will be a sweet project for along time .

longer to get to this point then it did to arrange the song .....I spent about 8 hours on a rap version only to restart with this minimal approach ......glad it was listenable

the first take I have heard that had a similar slant ..
to bud's entry (if I recall correctly), with the use of delays and overlapping, but quite unique in it's own way.

Always nice to hear the takes that have focused on working the vocal. This has a very relaxing overall effect, dreamy being less busy. Enjoyed it.

I heard . The interesting thing is that I didnt hear any but 2 of them before I realized I didnt want to be influenced by other and didnt listen to the track your talking about until today when I posted . I think there similar but deffenatly have different souls :)

It's cool with the headphones! Maybe if I'd checked this out earlier, I'd be sleeping. :-) I love the diversity and true creativity in your work.

Interesting that you started on a rap version - then dropped it and try the minimalist approach. I had the same epiphany... building some huge, fort-tracked bohemeth (?) then junking it all and concentrating on the simplicity of Rebsie's voice. Nice job, Benny.

amazes me how many transformations ill go through sometimes ....and its like man I hate this piece ....then some how it always snaps back together ......this is the one reason im hooked like crack to music production ....cause you trully never know whats gunna happen next thatll make you go ...hot damn !
