4 Strings for Paige

Description
So, about 20 years ago (and I'm being very serious) I wrote this little 10 second bass "riff" incorporating harmonics after my first exposure to Jaco. I never knew what to do with it so it sat on the shelf.

The night we brought my daughter home from the hospital (6/23/2007) I was seaching for something to keep me awake and alert for her impending needs. I grabbed my bass and finished the idea/song in a stream of conciousness (...very sleep deprived). I recorded it the next day on the second pass.

The drums are just a loop from Garageband to add texture.

Hope you enjoy,

Parker

Sounds great
Sounds great, zapadam. I played a little bit of bass guitar in high school jazz band, about a hundred years ago. But you're way beyond anything I ever did.

Beautiful harmonics. You've got skills!

The drum loop is well-chosen.
