Description:
Waka is a Maori canoe and the word carries many meanings. I wanted to get the rhythm of the warriors paddling through the water and then the canoe takes off into the air, flying high into the sky surfing through the clouds - futuristic Maori spacemen charting the heavens, using the stars to guide through spaces. I love the fact that this song is all over the place with some really cool sounds and tunes.

ClevorTrevor never severs the chord connecting past and future. This is liquid mythology. Electrifying bone meal and fortified gravy. Here come da bass-engine sloop! Step to, weak-kneed slackers. Your vector crew is slicing through this instance of the universe, doing change-ups and painting space with sonic wonder.

It would help if I spelled that Latin phrase correctly:

experientia docet

I like the way you talk. I only recently got broadband so now uploading songs is not painful any more. You certainly have a way with words. I actually finished this song along time ago and I am beginning to realize that my best songs i create off the cuff. Looks like you have a groovy set up. Thanks for that.

re- log in to comment about this. I love the imagery your description gives of this and I love the energy these sounds produce. There's something spiritual about it all,(must be the vibrations). I wish I'd said what Richard said, since he got it in one, or was that a five LOL. I love it..... 'Off the cuff my eye', those Sirians got to your mind didn't they? M
