Lyrics
Already 10 by GAVIN HASTIE
I don't know what I can say
But that won't stop me anyway
I never thought I'd feel this way
I'll never give up right up until the end
But it's hard to make things right when it's already 10
It's not what you used to be
It's what you could be with me
I see the things they just can't see
I'll never give up right up until the end
But it's hard to make things right when it's already 10
I know you're too good for me
But most people are you see
I'd find it hard to be your friend
You're evrything to me but in the end
Cause it's hard to make things right when it's already 10
And if we'd met before instead
I'd love to know what you would have said
And I might not have felt the same
But it don't really matter in the end
Cos it's hard to make things right when it's already 10
I shouldn't really think, it could ever matter
You'll forget about me, but I'll still remember
And how could you ever want to start at 9......
........When it's already 10

Dodo: Thanks for sharing this song. You sing it with passion. The electric piano is a little bit stabby. I like when the percussion and bass come in. Helps to smooth out the pulse and flow. I think your voice could come forward -- a bit louder and a little less reverb. The song has good potential. Thoughtful lyrics. Did you do all the playing here, or did Gavin supply some parts?
