Many thanks Feter!!! &mdash 08/04/07 - 05:45:45 AM
I was thinking, I was moving much like a float going up and down, as sea waves pass by it, and thinking now it is not unlike, maybe how a wolf walks. More or less I am, I feel, at moments crying like a wolf, as he howls at the moon from a snow covered Alaska, not the same sound identically but a parallel idea, because I am playing single notes, and his howl, or cry, is continous. But with plucked note melodies, I think you can capture the essence of what he does. Thank you again Feter. [ Reply to This ]

Ian this one is really amazing, your playing is so clear and you've created your own style. I really enjoyed your mixing between the Alegrias, Bulerias and Soleares, you're great musician and i'm really always enjoying your music. I'm so so so sorry for being late but my internet is so bad, maybe i've download this one over 12 times but it's get to 86% from download and then stop working !!
But KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK !
Take Care

Yeman, thanks,... &mdash 08/04/07 - 05:36:42 PM
My playing always seems to be clearest on soleares!!! Feter had mentioned too that this has a style to it, I was just thinking of a painting of a wolf from a favorite book about wolves, "Call of the Wild" by Jack London. I hope to get closer to capturing the essence of wolves. Yes the bulerias, alegrias and this go together, as well as the latest addition, a fandango. I am using as a blueprint the concept album, A Mandelis, by Pepe Habichuela, to combine these forms in a particular way, not the same, but parallel.
