hey AA - I have no idea what genre this is, but downtempo seems to suit fine (tho' it almost sounds like a hip-hop trcak). This is a groovy little beggar - like the drum changes and the use of distortion and strange sounds to paint the atmosphere.

Cool little experimental-downtempo track. I love the part about 3/4 through when all the pieces come back together for the final. Great groove to that beat. I'd almost say you could reduce the treble gain on the perc tracks a bit and boost the lower ends to make that killer bass punch a little more.
