#26. Halfway there. I wrote a really long blog about this song (which will appear the next time my website (http//web.mac.com/... gets updated). This is a really old song for me, written in the 80's, when I had made a pact with myself to *write* a new song each week. I don't know what you'd call it, genre-wise. It has elements of sound collage, blues, pop, and jazz. About an imaginary cult based around the whale mascot of Sea World. It's pretty long, too. But this *is* the short version. I had another which segued from the bass solo to ten minutes of whale noises and guitar feedback (very Tortoise) before coming to the last verse.
