Everytime I want to have some quality one on one time with my wife to express some intimate intimacies, something or some little one always gets in the way leaving me with the "horny husband blues". My wife doesn't like the title, so I changed it to "Missing You"

groovy with a big, bad slinky attitude. I like the sparseness of the bass - it's big enough sounding that it can carry the tune without being too busy.
You should have kept the original title though. Fits perfectly and adds to the attitude.
This song deserves more attention.
One critique though - there are a few places where the vocal is clipping due to "plosives". You might want to try a pop filter in front of the mic. [ Reply to This ]

I like Horny Husband Blues alot too. My wife thought that people would not be receptive to the title....You know...people are now seeming to be offended by words and what not.
As far as those 'plosives' are concerned....I wish you could see my recording set up. It's just my old eMac. I record all vocals and my acoustic guitar thru its tiny, little mic opening on the front, top left side of the computer. That's it. I usually have to wait until my kids are at school and my wife is at work to record. That's the only time my apartment is totally quiet. Maybe I can make some type of "pop" filter for it.
