There I was on my lunch break, trying out cutting and pasting and turning doubled guitar waveforms inside-out, upside-down and backwards. When I realized it wasn't working as I'd envisioned, I sort of put it all back together--but not quite.

The result was this lilting harmonic forwards/backwards guitar somethingorother that I could immediately hear a melody to.

That evening, I thought up some quick lyrics, added a line of improvised piano and vox, then sent it back to Bryn.
