made a CD of the songs I got posted here and one of the guys at my job, happens to be a music producer, heard the tunes and invited me to play and sing on project he and his musical partner have been working on.This song is not the actual version we have been recording in the Soul Side Out recording studio in Mount Vernon, NY. After all, this is just me messing around with my acoustic and Garage Band in my apartment. The real version features my Stratocaster on the guitar rhythm and lead tracks. Anyway, I call this the Compton and Joe Project (they are the ones who brought this song to life). They call the song "My Child". Lyrics:
