k...promise no more posting for awhile...back to touring...(ok maybe from the hotel room in a couple of weeks...hehhehhe)
this is an ambient track..inspired by macjammer:.....master biba_nova.....i have mystified on gorgeous voaclizations....thoddi on guitar...steveL on guitar.....they performed beautifully and with much soul....thank you all...i really enjoyed playing with u all.....
the track is in A-B-A form.....with msyt providing ambient vocal underpinnings in the A sections and thoddi playing rhythm guitars with some custom efx by me.....the guitar solos' are in section B where i play an effected rhythm guitar pattern and take the first solo.....steveL plays the second solo and thoddi the last...i used custom guitar rig efx's on both the guitar players .....this track won't be everybody's cup of tea...but enjoy it for the music....the music is what its all about......peace.......

I particularly like the atmospheric tones of the electric piano (great chord sequence) and mysti's vocals. Great work by all involved...isn't guitar rig just wild???

The drums alone had me feeling energized. Once the rest of the song came to it relaxed me. This is a very attractive song you have here. Even the change in the jam brings me up just a little to keep it interesting and then relaxes the soul again.

This mix is surprising, from the point of view of the genre mixture and both the depth and width of both instruments and voice.
I initially heard Ambient, then Industrial, then Rock, with mixtures throughout.
There should be a genre for this type of track (other than collaboration) because it's good enough to deserve its own genre, from all angles.

this somehow. really nice. i love all of the elements in this, but the drum track is killing me, how did you do that? this makes me picture driving up the coast, and then when the guitar kicks in I'm still driving but I got to Malibu and theres people and traffic everywhere. and then suddenly, i'm back out in the beauty of the sky and sea. good stuff. don't know how i missed this on.
I am a macjamer for 20 months and i keep finding new people and music to listen.
When I saw you and thoddi worked together i had to check it out.
The added fun of myst and stevel just peeked my interest.
Thanks for the detailed description so I could figure out who is playing when, although i think the styles are different enough to pic out each artist. (I was right)
