This song has been hanging around for over a year - it has been dusted down, shaken off and here it is. The original phrase “My entire soul is spinning” was spoken by Lani - thank you xox Lee (LeeMiguel2004) wrote the music and played the clavinova (thank you Lee - you’re brill x), I did the lyrics, apb added guitar and mixed & fixed - bless you alan and hugs to the beautiful high voice of SlimGirlFat - thank you slimmie xox

I hate fade-outs...
(Literal and metaphorical.) So first I'll say that this felt like it should have had Lee a repeated fast-trembly ending chord as you sang the last "meeeee...." as the finale. Secondly, don't fade away into your second life too far, there are a few of us left behind in our glorious first lives who will miss you terribly... well, a dragon at least :-) As for the song, this is great fun, very nice melodies and playing (except for one place that kept me thinking Lee was about to play "Puff the Magic Dragon" :-), and Alan's guitar work is delightful. Your and SGF's singing matched up quite sweetly. This felt like it should be a musical showtune, nice work, all! Think you can get it to be a certain online software company's "theme song"?

I was there
I was there, for just one day, but these few short hours gave experience enough for me to understand what you're talking about..

(realized that I would have loved to stay but that I'd never have the capacity to live two lives (am a parent too) so I escaped the temptation and .. here I am .. in RL .. sigh)..

... i was thinking more of ppl who have found themselves in SL in a way that they never could have anywhere else - these worlds fascinate me although i was interested to read that such places are also used to train the military for unfamiliar environments - me? i go there to play 'dress-up' - thank you for dropping by xoxoxox

Ah ..

.. that's where this one got to :o) glad to see it doing well.. picture from the 'bear necessities' conference, my bedroom, Castle Von Berger, SL... while I was asleep! lol ...can anyone make out 3 people in the picture? back when I spent most of my SL time running around getting panned ..ah, fun times ..

Yup, we needed a little further assistance from Lee to
brush this one up further (the ending and playing to click).. I should have thrown some
de-essing at it in Logic ...I still hear "accounts I have indeed" and "I live a life in tents" lol ..
might just be moi.

i agree!!!
but... where do i stop having fun and turn the whole thing into a tremendous chore? i cannot bear doing things again and again and being a musician isn't my thing so... it stays as is and i keep enjoying myself but... one day i might change - who knows?!! thank you alan - you are a good friend and an honest critic - yarp!!! xoxoxo

Caroline this is the 1st time to listen to your stuff and i'm impressed ! The piano in the background is GREAT and the guitar sound so clear and great rhythm Alan played
