Description:
A song I wrote last year...My friend and fellow MJ'r George Gostovich helped me out with the chorus singing
Lyrics:
Got into your mommy and your daddy's pills
but don't blame it on the rain when you were only seeking thrills
Those chills runnin up and down and ticklin your spine
Backbeats, thumpin bases, and the bumps and grinds
A different dance partner every night of the week
Pay the price of admission if you want a little peep
But they always want more and you always got more
4:30 in the morning...haven't found the door
Chorus:
Dancing Queen...that shit you're into is gonna wreck your dreams (x2)
verse 2:
After the dancing and the music's done,
A warm bath in the penthouse if you only had one
But you don't so you need to find yourself a trick
Maybe tommorow there's a shower,
but tonight there's only d*ck
And when he falls asleep and you slip out past the man,
Run, run little girl just as fast as you can.
Sleepin on the streets and dreamin what you could have been,
Before your mommy's little pills,
Before the heroin
Chorus x2
Bridge:
All around the world there are girls like this,
Made a bad turn after there first kiss.
First hits hinted at eternal bliss,
now there chasing the dragon and his evil hiss (x2)
Verse 3:
Back to our girl as her story unfolds
Every day she's in the clinics, everynight she's on the poles.
See just last week she finally found someone
To give her 4 little gifts that are not a lot of fun.
Call them H.I.V and a baby down below
What would have happened if she learned to say no.
But that's a wrap on the story of our girl,
Take a look around they're everywhere in the world
chorus x2

i just got around to listening (the parents are coming by for the weekend and I'm trying to clean the house). I like the almost hip hop sound of the verses (couldn't you picture a remix with eminem). I also really like that crazy sax part. I wasn't expecting it at all. [ Reply to This ]

anything in particular - but like M@ said this took me by surprise. Nice twist on hip hop genre. The sound of the chorus is nicely twisted. I'll have to dig deeper. [ Reply to This ]
