This is just the first version of this song. Rough, but deal with it.

This might be a bit loose but I like it! Its like stumbling on a bootleg of Hendrix jamming in some sweaty NY club in the late 60's. Really cool guitar playing!

Thanks for the compliment, amigo. Getting honest feedback isn't easy.

New Stuff &mdash 10/07/07 - 01:39:06 PM
We are a band that's just starting out, so everything that is posted here will be rough copies of songs we are currently working on. Give us some slack on the recording quality and note that the song we have up now is a first recording and we wrote that song the same day we recorded it. Don't focus on the hangups, focus on the potential and the feel of the groove.

always a big fan or the live jam recording...
what interface are you using?
for around 39 dollars, you can get an 8-channel usb mixer, run several mics around the room and dump them onto two stereo tracks. they dont even have to be expensive mics. ribbons and condensors are great for this, and reasonable.
back in my live band days, we would run 4 mics onto a four track.
it is easier to isolate drums from everything else.
some really good musicianship going on here. tight playing and good guitar skillage...
