Very delicate and sweet. I really enjoyed the simplicity of it and felt the tenderness. Nice job. Thanks for sharing!

potential &mdash 10/06/07 - 06:17:58 PM
This is a nice little piece, with potential to be expanded.

I wish it were longer and more developed, since you set up a mellow mood, very pleasant listening. But the piece ended almost before it really began.

The string sound was unnecessary to my ears; the piano itself was fine without it.

By the way, welcome to MacJams!

You will find that most people appreciate song art, as well as background on how you came to compose this piece, how you recorded it, hardware and software used, etc.

For example, was this a synth sound piano or real? Whichever it was, you achieved a decent sound.

HAVE FUN here!

It has a real contemplative feel, like autumn.

of course! &mdash 10/07/07 - 09:08:11 AM
I would be honored. I can make it longer if it needs to as well. I just usually get in trouble with over doing things so I stopped while it had just enough. But yeah, I would be honored for you to add vocals :).

Never Coming Home &mdash 03/15/08 - 02:56:05 PM
Strong melodic progression and excellent use of musical space for dramatic effect. Musical! I liked the subtle strings in the background. Although I agree with others who think it could be expanded and elaborated upon, it's nice to sometimes just let little statements be little statements. To quote Stravinsky,'some music ends long after it's over'. Perhaps you could add a little more in the way of texture, but working it up to some large symphonic monstrosity would be a mistake. Most enjoyed!
