I love the vocals and the different vocal spaces and vocal treatments...Love the rhythm track, too, with what seems to be a mix of clean and very grungy drummish things going on...
The bass line is very cool, and holds a lot of the structure of the tune...
And I REALLY like the electric guitar work on this...

I was listening to this and found myself just getting on with some work - and forgot that this was a MacJams track - when it finished i fully expected the next track on the album to start (that's a compliment btw). It sounds professional. It's a great arrangement, good vocal, and great layers of vocal & instrument effects. There's much worse stuff than this out there selling shed loads. Great stuff.

I always have soft spot for Trip Hop (to my mind it's been the single most inventive musical genre over the last 2 decades) and this is a great example of all the good things about the style: the measured slightly menacing feel of the rhythm track and bassline; the highly emotional vocal performance and that sense of occupying a dark and mysterious space.
This has such a terrific build to it, the production is excellent and that guitar work is absolutely top! I hope you have aspiration to make some of your tracks available commercially, they deserve it.

.. I like its sparseness .. but I really like when it
takes off with much more over-lapping vocals around
half way... and gets more passionate. I like that upright bass too and fine effecting on the beats.
Still got that PJ Harvey kinda thing going on but
very nicely done and of that ilk and not a copy.

This is really good! Your voice makes me weak in the knees and light in the head! The latter doesn't take much, if you know what I mean? (};-P) My eye's are open. A tight production on a tune that's been well crafted. Kudos to you both! I truly enjoyed this.

I like the spareness of the production. One of the overused cliches in music is "it's not the notes, it's the space BETWEEN the notes"... but in this case I think that line actually applies. Cool stuff. Love the drum production and the varied vocal effects.
