The Beastie Boys have generously offered up some of their vocal tracks to remixers. I've previously posted my remix of "All Lifestyles". Now here's my attempt at remixing "Body Movin'".

All writing and vocals by the Beastie Boys.

Recommended: Headphones and dancing like those iPod silhouettes.

You hip mofo! Pretty power packed romp you got goin, mister!

I like how you used the c'bell and bass as a the stomp of a buringin fuse to a nice blow - how you impacted things w/ a controlled steady build all the way to an explosive ending . It's almost like your performance carried these guys! Well..., actually... it did! I liked your synth action on this too.

Hey, just what do they do w/ these performances? Is it a contest? And also, do you get access to the other remixes to down and, or listen to?

This is an impressive remix, Sir! - I like the way this turned out.

You got to do this w/o all of the corporate doodoo that most of these guys have to deal with - dontcha just love having full control over your game...

Definitely got me movin!

Not my genre to be sure, and I've never heard the original so I can't make an honest comparison. NEVERTHELESS, I can honestly say that this is mixed really well. Yeah...I also found the cowbell rather entrancing! Nice job Dave!
