Description:
After getting a call from the sheriff, the local small town doctor who doubles as the county coroner drives down lonely Ohio country roads in early March. In the misty early morning twilight, there is virtually no color in the landscape except for the red of the tail lights of the SUV he is driving and the amber flash of the magnetic safety light he has mounted to the roof of the vehicle. He's been told that they found the the body of a young woman. And so his adventure begins...

Sounds just like what I'd expect to hear during one of those trendy detective shows on ABC,CBS or NBC.With your added visual discription it makes for a well done piece of film scoring.Have you ever considered using Taxi Music service to promote your music compositions?

Blessings,

I'm glad you like it. I was aiming for the Big Screen instead of television however LOL.

I do my music mostly to keep my sanity and because we have 89 channels of television and many times 92 of them are boring. I also use some of my compositions for other projects I'm involved in like our TV show and some radio shows I do from time to time. Is there a larger market fo my stuff. Perhaps but that is not really my goals for my works. thanks for the thought though

I'm thinking the butler did it with a candlestick. But, complications develop as Ms. Scarlett swears she did it as revenge for an affair that ended to soon with Cnl. Mustard. Forensics say otherwise......OJ

You want to work with me on the screenplay? Maybe we can get some help from Smokey VW. We can tell the story first person and he can be the narrator?

First class....... &mdash 10/28/07 - 03:18:27 AM
I really appreciate this piece of music.

It will do very well behind a movie intro if this sort.

The unusual (to me) phrasing adds the varied rhythm to what could be very repetative music but I think this pulls it off very well.

I also think the production is excellent too.

Take care

Paul.

I tried to do a couple of things with the rhythms and some of the phrasing to create a feeling of tension. I'm glad you think that I succeeded in my efforts.

excellent piece of music from you Bill and very descriptive of your scenario above. You have a way to keep people listening with your inimitable style of rhythm and sound... it's always so interesting, regards M

I really appreciate the comments and the visit. I try hard to make things that I like to listen to. The fact that others find them interesting too is still amazing and gratifying to me.

It acheives the effect &mdash 01/21/08 - 04:06:35 PM
Based on your description it fits the imagery exactly. Just like real tension, it ebs and flows as different thoughts chase around in the mind. It subsides as one argues down the voices only to emerge as another nagging question. Finally, your character arrives on the scene and reality pushes the arguments off till later as there is business to attend to. The essence of film scoring. Very good.
