Lyrics
Never wanted much
Only wanted to make things better
In my heart is such
A strong part that'll say no never

As I make this climb
As I push aside my sorrows
I'll make it in good time
I'll make it up by sunset tomorrow

And when I seek your face
Well through the storm I'll come out better
And then I'll get a taste
Of what your Son went through when He suffered

Captured by this love
Caught up in the blessings around me
Happy to be stuck
In loving You and seeking you daily

Never needed much
But this I know you've always provided
There's things I shoudn't touch
Cuz there the things that keep us divided

Surrounded by this light
I'll walk the path that you've set before me
I'm holding on tight
I'm holding on to what you have told me

I've always wanted things
The things that never give me fulfilment
Just give me eagles wings
To fly away and seek your commitment

Caught up in this cloud
It's making me keep my distance
Why should I be proud
When all I've got is Yours nothing missing

Hi Joe!
Good to hear from you again. Tune is a good old-fashioned folksy one. A lot of the hill country music from Tennessee sounds like this. You've made impressive improvements in your audio and the photo is super. Good job my brother!

God bless,

Rick

Enjoyed reading things up in your bio
Very nice fingerpicking in the middle. Nice singing and terrific lyrics. I am hearing other parts of the tune that has some nice fingerstyle. Would love to not hear all the white noise taken out of the backround or at least as much as possible.

The reason being,. Taking out that static would help deliver your message clearer. Thus you would be even in better shape delivering the gospel message. I thought about this, I am thinking you recorded the guitar and vocal at the same time. And if money is an issue, it might be tough to get what you need, if you are using the mic from the built in mic, not sure. But I would highly suggest, buying a used even $100.00, you can buy em pretty cheap, even under $100.00.
Maybe $50.00 etc. But the mic really isn't the issue. I't getting an interface, you can buy a Tascam 122 interface that translates analog to digital, that 122 not the current model and you can buy em at Craigslist for I think about $50.00. That will eliminate your white noise in the backround of your recordings! Why/ Because it has pre amps that will be good enough to take away much of the white noise.

Hope this helps, you have nice talent, I would suggest to make you message more palatable to hear get rid of the static.

But absolutely NOTHING against your great message of spirituality, desire, concern, obedience, influence, desire to serve and the list goes on.

It is a constant effort for me to keep that white noise away, I am not always succesful but I try to eliminate it as much as possible. But sometimes I am a little lack:)

Again, enjoying that fingerpicking, singin, nice voice, great message!

Keep up the good work!
