Glad you like... &mdash 11/12/07 - 04:34:15 PM
Thanks for the comments folks, I'm glad the music connected with you. The instrumentation is Djembe, Acoustic Guitar, Hand Claps and Violin, recorded in that order. I was going to add a Tibetan Singing Bowl to the mix, but forgot to before I posted.....

Very nice &mdash 11/12/07 - 04:33:56 PM
and relaxing. It is very well played. From someone who uses samples alot and makes my own samples, your skills are very impressive. Cool track.

Great mix- &mdash 11/12/07 - 04:40:22 PM
of different textures and sounds. A little Irish, Greek, Middle Eastern, African, others, too, I'm sure. This is cool and slightly quirky in a good way! Quite listenable, indeed!

I enjoyed this very much. Very unique. Great style. I listened to some of your others also and you have a great voice that reminds me of Dave Matthews, whom I have always admired... You have Awesome talent. Great Job!

Your little experiment did turn into a nice build of sounds. Nice feeling to it. Almost like a jam session of sorts with a few friends, in this case, all you.

Thanks for sharing this.

Good ear. Yes it's DADGAD. The best way to freshen up your playing if you feel a bit stale. Thanks for commenting.

Excellent &mdash 07/10/08 - 04:32:41 AM
Another stunning track - for me it's the rhytmic percussion that really makes this stand out

You have my admiration for doing this the hard way - I'm sure there were built in GB loops you could have used in place of the Djembe / hand claps but to do it your way with real instriuments is very impressive
