my 2 cents &mdash 11/16/07 - 08:09:06 AM
dont really know why you would 'fake ' your death.
if it was to get hits, and more listens to your music, then i hoped it worked. throughout history, many artists have seen a rise in thier popularity post mortem. but, you are not famous, and in this day and age of technology, it is possible to get noteriety through many other means besides this site. your music is interesting, i agree, yet, it is not very commercial. so, the only hits you get are from those in this small community, not from the world at large. seems to me, in doing this 'hoax', you have aleinated yourself from this site as well. i hope you continue to do music, and live a full and long life. but, instead of focusinf on simply getting hits, and false simpathy, write some more commercial tunes and get actual noteriety.

Nothing special here! &mdash 11/16/07 - 09:23:58 AM
Allen was being kind and I admire him for that! I on the other hand, am totally repulsed by your futile attempt at notoriety. This is the sort of lowdown underhandedness that you would read about in a fiction novel; because real people wouldn't stoop to this level, your level! I hope your satisfied with the outcome of your pathetic little ruse, for I'm willing to bet that you truly are considered dead to the MJ's community now! You are to me. There's a valuable lesson to be learned here Bob, I just pray you have heart enough to learn it!

Apologies
Thursday, November 15 2007 @ 10:06 PM CST
Errol Morris: Apologies fascinate me. I've thought a lot about it. If the world is really deeply out of control, which I really believe it is, someone apologizes. The ball is in your court. They're apologizing to you. You have a choice. You can accept their apology, or not. I believe it's this deep desire to be empowered somehow. I'm not sure I have any definitive answer. It comes out of reading [McNamara's book] In Retrospect. There were countless articles, shows, all talking about McNamara's mea culpa. All saying, 'we don't accept his apology.' There were two things that fascinated me. How did people see this as an apology, when there really wasn't one? Given that there wasn't one, did they invent one and then reject it?

Kind of neat explorations of the concept-my mind has been enriched in this process. That's not an excuse, but an observation: I apologize to you all. Smile I've gotten to know you all better than I did living-that's a plus. You're much better people than my narrow view f the internet permitted me to believe was possible. An apology song will be forthcoming soon.

People are really fing stupid &mdash 11/16/07 - 10:26:17 PM
I think this just goes to prove what a world we live in, when few-no one apprechiates and respect the trials of a sane person. Living a lie is not something to frown upon, its something to respect. I just found out this guy who told me and a bunch of my friends about how hed lost his memory after getting numerous concusions (which made one person cry because she was so upset about it) was lying about it. He kept up going for months on end, and the people I havent told still believe it. At first I was angry, but if someone can live a lie or experiment to see what would happen if we were dead (you know every one of you would be curious) should be respected for it. So respect bob, dont turn on him or his music, be jealous because youre not as awesome.

In response to the person who told him to "get a life," reexamine your own life. This is a forum set up. The people who are on here every hour posting about how upset they are, really need to get lives. This is the internet- you dont know everyone on it, and you obviously dont know bob, so get a life... experience some real-world events instead of sitting on here living vicariously through others.
Thank you! [ Reply to This ]
Is this the little boy..... &mdash 11/17/07 - 03:07:15 AM
who cried wolf again? I think you merely made this shit up as part of your sick little ruse! You can't even sing man. Do you even play anything besides pathetic little head games? More awesome than me........ Bring it on "hole in your bucket" And if by chance you really are who you say you are, why don't you let the spoiled wee brat fight his own battles. He burned his bridges here! God, if he would have only eaten just a little crow and given a sincere apology, he may of had a future here. Yes this is the internet, so what? That doesn't give anyone the right to play that kind of crap! Get a life? Give me a low grade break, will you? [ Reply to This ]
