I haven't written a new song since August, but this popped out yesterday...... It's my mini Ben Folds in me playing the piano. lol

A truly uptempo song. Sure lifts the spirits on a rainy day. A lot of confidence in your playing! really great piece!

Fabulous arrangement. I love all the changes of rhythms you use, the subtle shifts in feel and technique and styling. So well thought through and coherent. The idea of realizing you love someone as they are walking down the aisle with someone else is clever, very film score worthy. I'm glad you didn't move beyond this frozen moment in time, it works as is. You are so good at this.

yeah, if i were the hero of the song, i wouldnt make an action about it. lol that would only make it worse. thanks for your comment regarding the arrangement! i listened to lots of Ben Folds songs and analyzed the arragenments of his. hopefully this doesnt sound just a rip-off, though.

One of my favourite JH songs is 'All the Beautiful People (My Piano Wont Stop)', and this new song will certainly become another one!
It always makes me very happy to listen to your piano.

So when can we get to see your piano performance in live???

well, i havent played piano in the live shows because i cannot only play my songs in C key only.... lol when recording, all i needed to do was to tranport the key after i played them in C key to fit my vocal range. need a lot more practice to perform on stage for real!

This upbeat tune is just another example. You really ought to try shopping tunes like this to some of the film and TV people. ;)

Great, catchy tune. This song has a lot of "bottom end" punch that I really enjoy. It has a good "thump" so to speak.

I LOVE the organ panned to one side in the beginning.

the organ sound was the pre-set sound of Garageband or Jam Pack sound.
it's called Radio Organ. which is my favourite organ soud from Garageband.
