This one's about two girls, one that I haven't seen, just heard her voice and one that I've known since I was six years old.

it's hard to record the vocals nowadays without these pop-sounds.. don't know why, it's the same microphone and all..however it's annoying.

Your vocals are wonderful! I really enjoyed the tune.

What is the vibrato flute thingy that faded in and out? It sounded really cool. Almost like a theremin. . .

Hi Hea -

This is really nice - you have a lovely voice and a good sense of melody.

I suspect you are recording directly into the MacBook mic? The popping sound comes from getting too close to the mic, or singing too loudly, from the 'p' sounds in the words - or usually all of these reasons. It's the same for any microphone - just more pronounced on the MacBook. The solution is to get a 'pop shield' - you can buy them for money or you can just put an old stocking over a coat-hanger and then sing through that. It looks a bit silly but it should cure your horrible pop sounds. Hope this helps.
