Description
A live improvised ensemble consisting of a Hang drum (like a steel drum, made in Switzerland), a viola, an electric guitar, and a vocalist. Recorded at the Music for People workshop at Immaculata University, June 2007. No printed music, no rehearsal, just breathe and play. The group uses some Music for People improv techniques, including Shadowing, in which two players exactly follow each other. Here the violist and vocalist shadow each other in harmony.
