Hey! No way - I think you are actually Nick Cave - there are parts where your voice sounds identical.A bit like 'nobody's baby now'.Might be nice with some piano on it. (I may send you a note) Great song - really enjoying it Cheers RG Check out my latest song called Tiger Flame (Halloween Challenge)

Who needs Nick Cave? I can understand why you would like to hear nick cave sing this one, but there is no need to! Your voice has similarities to mister Cave. Your guitar play is the right for the moody melody in this song. They way you play always sound very relaxed. The song is also great, Thanks for another Stevel Gem! This has got a great feel... ...and a nicely rounded structure... I like the bass string figure on the acoustic.... I found myself wondering whether the song would be stronger if you dropped the "so much"... so it would be sung, "it all adds up...to loose change..." Being as how 'loose change' is the title and hook line... Nice snippet of the trademark Strat on the outro... This one's stark and real this way, and it's one that you could do things with if you wanted... Strat, piano, bass, more acoustic, harmonica... Pleasant listening My brain is trying to get hold of the time signature ... I'm hearing 6/8 within a 4/4 structure, which is intriguing to listen to, like one of those pictures which shows two different things depending on how you look at it. You're extremely good at this kind of stuff, Steve. :) Check out my latest song called Amongst The Colours (w/ Luna Trick)

nice tune..... kill the drums and use some subtle bongos instead... don't fade the cool solo at the end....:( where is the extended version? |

great song I agree with the loose the drums comment. Sounds like they were a good rhythm for recording but i would love to here this w/o percussion,or maybe a piano as mentioned. don't get me wrong bout the drums, they just don't bring the song up anyway.IMHO Lov u'r vox A gem for sure peace HH Check out my latest song called Mankind Needs a Change/WoodstockII

I enjoy your rockin' out numbers I have a soft spot for the calm of your acoustic songs. Nice guitar sound you've captured and I love the solo just before the fade - I'm not sure that Nick Cave would add anything to this Steve... Nice song!
