Bryn's the real genius behind this one, though he gave me the honor of posting it.
This is what happens when I send Bryn a vox clip of mine that he had sampled months ago and he sculpts it into something entirely new--all in the space of an evening.

That's the mystery of this-- I can see this fitting with the image of a snowy landscape, but the birds... oh, the birds, I miss the sound of that particular one-- had it around where I grew up-- summer. And yet the stillness of the tones with your voice makes it feel like a forest, the sound tamped down with leaves above your ankles on the woodland floor...
It's another winner.

Thank you! What a lovely forest description, and a perfect place.
I'm just so darned lucky to have met such a collaborator as Bryn--and this is one of the compositions that proves it.
He has a way of setting my voice into new 'perspectives' and amidst new tones, colors and soundscapes.
I find these beautiful tones, too.
As for an album? I guess I should consider one ;)

always takes me to little memory snippets....there is a time around the late February when a cloudy day of unusually warm air is heavy with moisture, snow starting to melt and drip, smells foretelling spring filling the quiet afternoon air. Beautifully done folks, as always. Love the photo too!

Sigh, just lovely. Intelligent word's escape, so I won't pretend to have any, though I have positive feeling coming out of every pore. I think that's the hard part; when the music really reaches me, my left brain shuts down and it's hard to do anything but listen.
So, my stupidity is a compliment. Really. :-)
