....to fill our beatles jones..... you'd be right up there.

Nice job on this pal. You got their influence stated, but you come through as well.

Like what you do.

Cool &mdash 12/03/07 - 02:52:31 PM
I love the vibe of this tune, especially the singing and guitar. Great guitar lead, with a Beatles' Revolver era feeling. Excellent work!

OK then ... &mdash 12/03/07 - 03:21:34 PM
... good song! Like the McCartney bass, and the guitars work really well - welcome to the MJ Tele Club :) Nice vocals - if you were after more of a Beatles feel, they could be dropped back in the mix a bit, but I prefer them like this. Drum/percs work well too. That set of low scores don't make much sense on this!
Excellent stuff!

Nice job man! Duane Harrison on the slides! Ha ha...

Like the progression very much. Love the psychedelic raga-rock guitar soloing. Bravo!

Be well!

Good song... &mdash 12/03/07 - 05:06:16 PM
...great guitars...I was trying to imagine Beatles-meets-Allman-Brothers, but I think now that I've listened that's a decent description...Pretty neat...

I think I'd go with Neil's suggestion of pulling back the lead vocal just a tiny bit, or I thought maybe having more of the lead vocal doubled a la the Fab Four, and compressed a little...

That said, this is certainly a contender for the Lost Songs Project, and it's a terrific introduction to your music...
