"Number 29" is the one track left off of J.S. Bach's "Two Part Inventions". Having to meet a publisher's deadline, he decided to scrap this piece because he hadn't quite completed the final touches to make it "just so." But old J.S. always regretted sliding this last counterpuntal duet into his collection, a situation that has now been rectified some 250 years or so after his death.
