a friend of mine wrote the tune and played all the instruments on this one. He showed me the song and I loved it so much it inspired me to write and sing the lyrics for it.

Yeah - the instruments actually were recorded in a studio a couple years back but we recently recorded the vocals at my friend's place on a PC running Cubase. He's got a wicked mic. I don't know the name of it but it's shiny, gold plated and it makes me sound a lot better ;)

Btw, I do know the site is called MACjams. The instruments were recorded with Cubase on a (wicked!) Mac Pro in the studio, then my vox with a PC later.

I was hoping for big so thanks! when i heard the song i knew there needed to be some emoting going on while I was singing so I chose a subject very personal to write about. im glad it seems to have paid off.

Thanks for commenting. The music for this one was done pretty much straight ahead. No GB effects or loops.

thanks! it was recorded in a studio so im glad it came out sounding pro. i usually do my demos in GB then record them in studio with Scott. i have a lot of demos left to record. i wish I could do it full time!

i actually dont know anything about Cubase except that my buddy Scott knows it inside out. i usually stick to GB '08 and bring him my demos to re-record with Cubase in his studio. thanks for listening!
